Booj’s First Haul

Hey all! Boojie Bee here~

This haul has been a long time coming! I actually purchased these items back in February and have been using them since. I hadn’t written any reviews because I really wanted to give my skin and the products some time to get acclimated to each other.

This haul is a long one so grab a chair, and an iced beverage.. and get relaxed. Unless you’re in a cold climate. Tea will suffice.

Full disclosure: My skin type is the dry/combination type but… in all honesty at the time of purchase this poor little fuzzy bumble bee thought she was “blessed” with oily skin. Sooo with that false thought in mind she ignorantly bought some products made for the poor oily saps of this world. Long story short: I was darned if I wasn’t gonna use every product through! So that may affect the results, teehee~

I digressed-

I purchased these items from a variety of stores, they may not have been the cheapest price for that item but I tried my best to research for genuine & cheap brand products.

Here is a complete list of everything purchased:

* PURITO Centella Green Level Buffet Serum 60ml <$18.10>

* PURITO Deep Sea Pure Water Cream 50g <$17.14>

* A’PIEU PURE BLOCK Natural Sun Cream SPF45/PA+++ <$8.89>

* Elizavecca, Green Piggy, Collagen Jelly Pack, 3.53 oz (100 g) <$12.60>

* Mizon, All In One Snail Repair Cream, 2.53 oz (75 ml) <$16.09>

*  Innisfree, Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask, 3.38 oz (100 ml) <$14.60>

* Banila Co., Clean It Zero, 100 ml <$17.28>

Yo DJ.. gimme a beat

(If you didn’t say that with an annoying song-a-songey voice plz go back and do it again)

PURITO Centella Green Level Buffet Serum 60ml

This product doubled as my toner and serum, in the sense that I didn’t have any toner so this just had to do a good of hydrating. And I can honestly say that it did. Even now the little itty bitty I have left in the bottle (imagine me shaking the bottle like a maraca trying to get every last drop) does hydrate my face for the next step, so I was satisfied with the product.

It’s both thick & thin. Thick enough to be serum but thinner & lighter than a moisturizer. If you’ve ever held olive oil or vegetable in your hand it’s a cross between those two in my opinion.

Would I buy it again?

Probably not only because I want to try new items, but if I needed to fall back on a familiar comfortable product I would choose this serum simply cause it did its job without irritating my skin.

PURITO Deep Sea Pure Water Cream 50g

Now let’s pretend we all know that I’m not the type to be dramatic, but I’ll be darned! I almost changed my middle name to “PURITO Deep Sea Pure Water Cream 50g”. This product was so wonderfully awesome, supportive and just the best most attentive boyfriend, I mean moisturizer, a girl could ask for. It would be like 1 pm, and I would call up my boy Deep Sea (yes my moisturizer is male) and just be like “babe, I’m dry and I need a quick pick me up” and he’d be there. In seconds. Hydrating my face and giving me this natural beautiful dewy look. We went everywhere together, as you can tell from his bent, squeezed and used up body.

Texture & Smell

First off, I had a few people compliment me on the smell. I didn’t notice at first because I have a horrible sense of smell (probably cause I don’t eat enough veggies, more like no vegetables, so my zinc level is low). When I did pay attention, I did notice it does have a pleasing but not overpowering aroma. I couldn’t describe it to you, just take Big Mamas word for it.

The texture was thick enough to actually do a good job of moisturizing but not so much that you feel like it’s obsessively hugging and clogging your face.

Would I buy it again?

I believe I already repurchased it. … we’ll find out in a few weeks I guess.

A’PIEU PURE BLOCK Natural Sun Cream SPF45/PA+++

I believe this thing did its job. My friend told me my skin looked brighter/whiter. So it must’ve.

Felt like sunscreen, but was thick and smooth enough to kind of double as my moisturizer when my skin was a bit dry at times. It did not have a white overcast which was a plus. The reviews said it wouldn’t, but sometimes for people of darker pigment, I find that not to be always true. So it was optimal for those light skinned & fine kinda women.

Would I buy it again?

Yes & and I already did because I haven’t researched for any other type of sunscreen since and I feel like it did its job of protecting my skin.

Elizavecca, Green Piggy, Collagen Jelly Pack, 3.53 oz (100 g)

Okay, when I had more serum and was more diligent about applying multiple layers of moisturizer I felt like I really saw this product shine. Lately not so much but that may be due to me not being as diligent in my patting technique. However, I will say that I felt elastic and plump from this product. I felt as though a pigs skin and/or fat was assisting me in my skin endeavors, *whispers* that’s what it supposedly made from.

It feels like Aloe Vera gel but once you rub your hands together it melts like coconut oil. On your actual face, it has that same feel as Aloe Vera gel though.

Would I buy it again?

Probably not. Only to keep my option open towards other products, this was definitely not an HG type of sleeping pack, so yea girl is still on the hunt!

*stretches fingers* ALMOST DONE! WITH ME Y’ALL!

Mizon, All In One Snail Repair Cream, 2.53 oz

I was honestly underwhelmed with this product. It felt like a normal moisturizer and I didn’t really feel like it did anything besides basic moisturizing.

Although I did appreciate the fact that It has a light but sure feels to it… Because that’s a pet peeve of mine. When it feels as though a product has made me into an allergy patient As though my entire face, every single pore is being covered with some kind of fuzzy blanket. This product, on the other hand, had more of a “Hey I’m here to moisturize you when you need it, just don’t expect any other amazing benefits. But I understand you need space so I will try my best not to cloud up your face” feel to it and it doesn’t. It doesn’t cloud up your face and leaves you feeling like peach fuzz.

Would I buy it again?

Innisfree, Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask, 3.38 oz

Keep in mind, I didn’t know I had dry skin.

I do feel like this drys me out a bit, but it’s a clay mask so that’s to be expected. It’s my fault for not testing out my skin-type beforehand. However, I did feel as though it did a regular job of cleaning my pores and removing impurities. Nothing spectacular, but it did its job.

Clay: Smooth & thick like cream cheese.

Would I buy it again?

Should my skin ever change to oily, then probably yes. But as for now, no.

Banila Co., Clean It Zero, 100 ml

I actually finished this a while ago, but from what I remember. This product is an oil-based cleanser, mostly for makeup removal. I don’t use makeup, other than eyeliner and light concealer so it didn’t have that much of an effect on me. Because I had no makeup to remove. One benefit was I felt like it did clean my face of dirt & left me moist for the next step. It was a gentle cleanser.

Similar to that of coconut oil, you put it in your hands and it melts. And they provide a spoon for you to dish it out.

Would I buy it again?

No, because I don’t use makeup but if I did I would buy it again.

That’s all I have for you guys! And if you read this far, you’re cool.

~Thanks so much for reading~
